Dick Harman, Captain of Viking Saga, 1963-74
Dick Harman, (1925-2012) was a third generation and lifetime resident of Clacton. Dick ran the pleasure boats off Clacton Pier for thirty years as well as working on the lifeboat and being the Coastguard. In this short audio clip, Mr Harman talks about the various pleasure boat trips he ran for tourists in the 1970s.
